this page explains how to get help with briva, manage purchases, and find our legal documents. briva is a personal coaching app for daily actions, drill practice, growth plans, and progress tracking. it is not a medical or emergency service.

after opening briva, complete onboarding, sign in with email or sign in with apple, and start your daily action on the today tab. use drill to rehearse scenarios, growth to follow structured plans, and me to view progress, coins, vip, and settings.
VIP Membership
vip is an optional auto-renewing membership purchased through the apple app store. while vip is active, you receive benefits such as unlimited daily task swaps, access to all drill scenario packs, full weekly progress reports, every growth plan, and a vip profile badge. subscribe from me → vip. free features remain available without vip.
Coins
coins are optional virtual currency purchased as one-time coin packs through the apple app store. coins can be used for features such as extra daily task swaps after your first free swap of the day and unlocking advanced drill packs. you may also earn coins through in-app activities shown in the coins screen. coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. purchased coins do not expire while your account remains in good standing.
Cancel a VIP Subscription
vip renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. to cancel:
- open the settings app on your iphone.
- tap your name at the top.
- tap subscriptions.
- select briva and tap cancel subscription.
you can also manage subscriptions in the app store under account → subscriptions. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; vip access continues until then. payment is charged to your apple account at purchase or within 24 hours before renewal.
Restore Purchases
if you reinstalled briva or switched devices, restore eligible purchases with the same apple account that paid:
- open briva and go to me → settings.
- tap restore purchases.
vip membership can be restored when an active entitlement is linked to your apple account. coin packs are consumable and generally cannot be restored after coins have been added and spent. if restore does not work, confirm you are signed into the correct apple account, try again, then check your app store purchase history before contacting us with the purchase date.
Billing and Refunds
all charges are processed by apple. briva does not receive or store your payment card number. for billing questions, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact apple support through your apple account or the app store. if apple approves a refund or reverses a transaction, briva may remove the related vip time, coins, or unlocks.
Account and Data
sign out from me → settings. to permanently delete your account and associated data, use delete account in settings or email us from your account email. removing the app alone does not delete your account.
Permissions
if drill recording, profile photos, or daily reminders are not working, check ios settings → briva and enable microphone, photos, or notifications as needed. you can change these permissions at any time.
Safety
to report or block another user, use report and block in me → settings. briva is for adults 18+. if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
