End User License Agreement
this end user license agreement ("eula") is a legal agreement between you and briva for the briva mobile application and related software (the "app"). by downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this eula, our terms of use, and our privacy policy. if you do not agree, do not use the app.
License Grant
subject to your compliance with this eula and the terms of use, briva grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Apple App Store
if you obtained the app from the apple app store, your use of the app is also subject to the apple media services terms and the apple app store terms of service. apple is not responsible for the app or its content. apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. any claims relating to the app may be directed to briva, not apple. apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this eula and may enforce it against you.
In-App Purchases
the app may offer optional vip memberships, coin packs, and other digital items through the apple app store. all payments, renewals, refunds, and family sharing rules are handled by apple under apple's terms. briva does not collect your payment card information. purchased digital items are licensed for use within the app, have no cash value, and may not be resold or transferred except as permitted by apple family sharing. fuller purchase rules, including auto-renewal, cancellation, and restore purchases, are in our terms of use and privacy policy.
vip subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. manage or cancel in settings → [your name] → subscriptions. payment is charged to your apple account at purchase or within 24 hours before renewal. restore eligible purchases with restore purchases in me → settings using the same apple account that paid.
Restrictions
you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits. you may not remove proprietary notices, use the app to build a competing product, or access the app through unauthorized means.
Updates
briva may provide updates, patches, or changes to the app. some updates may be required to continue using certain features. updates are licensed under this eula unless accompanied by separate terms.
User Content and Data
your use of the app may involve content you create or upload. briva processes account and content data as described in the privacy policy. deleting the app from your device does not delete account data; use delete account in settings or email CacciatoriRassmussen02@outlook.com to request account deletion.
No Professional Advice
the app provides coaching and practice tools for personal development. it is not medical, therapeutic, or emergency advice. you are solely responsible for decisions you make in real life and for seeking professional help when needed.
Termination
this license ends if you violate this eula or the terms of use, if your account is terminated, or if you delete the app and your account. upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies from your devices. sections that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimer of Warranties
the app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. briva disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, briva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. see the terms of use for additional liability limits that apply to the service as a whole.
